As of March 13, 2025, our practice has moved to a self-pay model.

• Existing patients (seen since Jan. 2023) pay a per-visit fee ($175–$420).
  
  
• New patients or those not seen in 3+ years pay a fee based on what services are requested.
  
  
• Payments accepted: check, credit card, CareCredit, and more (not just cash).
  
  
• We provide statements for possible insurance reimbursement.
  
  

This change lets us reduce wait times, offer more flexible services, and provide transparent pricing without insurance restrictions.
